Ultra Success, Incorporated’s CEO career started in the military serving in the United States Marine Corps. After serving overseas in Operation Enduring Freedom, he pursued his education at Montclair State University in New Jersey and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Marketing concentration. The next sixteen years he held positions in sales and marketing across various industries and companies. His positions ranged from Sales Consultant to National Director and owned his own business.

Our CEO then ran into an opportunity for working with a direct marketing company that focused on professional development and was intrigued with the program. Under the mentorship, he devoted himself to learning everything about the business before incorporating himself as independent business owner under the same model.

Now, he is responsible for growing an entirely new division to Texas by working with a key client. His task is to expand to over 50 offices in Texas and further expand out to other states across the United States.

His philosophy is: We are in the business of developing people. Leading by example and ensuring partners have the best opportunities for professional and personal growth is a direct correlation to the growth of our clients.
